Dear Mr Tang,
On behalf of a group of owners/tenants of Festival City I, I would like to have your attention to the service standard, which has been far from satisfactory, provided by MTR Eminence.
We have, as you may have noticed, signed an open letter last week.  On which you will note our main concerns regarding the estate management of our property.
We are aware of the gathering organised by the MTR on 28th, but we would appreciate if you could make a formal response to our attached letter or, if you wish, call a meeting with us, before the event, as we do not want to interrupt the schedule of the tea party.
