Hi Kit, I want to let you know that I was almost locked up in the garbage room and I reported to mgmt office in my block.   At that moment, I was thinking I got into trouble without having my mobile with me and no one knew I was there.   
So may be I suggest all Ching should try to go there and see if you will encounter the same problem like me.   Remember to let someone know you are there or you should carry your mobile with you.

It's the door lock.  A bit frightened becoz I was alone and no one knew I was there.

If I couldn't come out I don't know when I would be rescue.

Did you go there and dump the garbage?   I found out there are 3 recycle bins but they did not place an ordinary garbage bin so I told them about it.  Mgmt office said there should be a grey bin.

I will be more careful next time.  Today I will try to test if the mobile signal is normal in that area and use a door stopper.

Kit, can you also raise these issues to mtr mgmt.   I saw TV were turned on in all Karaoke rooms, men's lounge in FC2 club house but no one was there.  Is there any purpose that they have to do this or someone forgot to turn off the tv.  Is the electricity now paid from our mgmt fees or is it CK who will pay it?  

I suggest we ask them how they will reduce electricity with econ green energy saver.
Secondly, I heard from that there are many other defects in common areas like the marble floor (dark color) color has faded and MTR mgmt staff said CK has to repair it otherwise if these defects are not reported (lapse of time to report) in the future all repair costs should be paid out from our mgmt fee.   So if we see any defects in common area, should we tell mtr mgmt to report it to CK as defects too?
