小弟唔係管理公司,所以唔可以代表佢地講嘢。
之不過有D嘢可以提一提。

1.  經小弟查問,13-8-2011的屋苑管理討論會,MTRC的鄧經理表示,
    名城的經理人酬金,已經跟隨其他港鐵負責管理的住宅物業一樣,

    由屋苑總開支的 10%,調低至 8%。

2. 幾次的討論會,大家都有問第1期未出售的單位,有否交管理費?
    管理公司都答,全部由發展商繳交。

業主追長實2700萬
畢架山一號現多處裂縫

【明報專訊】長實九龍塘豪宅畢架山一號的業主及業主立案法團,早前向長實旗下公司興訟,
指控興建屋苑時使用不合規格物料,令物業多處出現裂縫,要求賠償2700萬元維修費用。
長實指法團並非業主,無權索償,申請剔除法團的申索,但被高院拒絕。

我裝修師傅話從未見過有"豪宅"用咁醜陋既地腳線收埋所有電線同光纖線.不能換木地腳線否則很危險!!!
這簡直是不能接受. 不道德!不知所謂! 手工差劣到冇人有! 停車場收費貴到離晒譜!!!!!!!!!!!

我強烈要求成立業主立案法團告CK!!!!
各位小業主不要忍氣吞聲,硬哽劣貨!!!

Security
Too many security people in the day time but hardly found one after 23:00, don't know why?
Too many readings of security card, one on the street level for entrance the building, one on the podium for exit the lift lobby, one enter life lobby of your building, one enter your apartment! If you are driving, addition one in front of the car park entrance, one right outside parking lot.....

Car Park
100% stupid design in term of routing, serviceability and security, such as one need to walk for miles distance and bearing extreme heat......
why each night have men nicked their upper body in washing cars? who authorize? female driver definitely feeling uncomfortable with this workers present, also, are there service under open tender procedures by the management office? You know, car owner is prohibited to wash their own car but have to hire this people???? ICAC needs have a look!
Too many cone on the driveway!!
Too many parking lots closed for maintenance work of the ceiling above. In time, bring your umbrella when you go to car park.
